My health & fitness journey actually all started when I was first introduced to the trampoline at a local studio in Clovis, California. I was struggling to find a fun & effective cardio routine that was more effective than just running, burns 2x as more calories and that had a low impact on the knees and lower back, which I struggle with the most. I came across this studio and instantly fell in love with "Rebounding", the term used for trampoline fitness. The instructors Paula, Tisha & Amy had so much energy and were full of life as they taught the rebounding classes! Bringing in enjoyable playlists and great tempo to the bounce sequences, they made the whole trampoline workout super fun rather than a dreadful cardio day. As I am super into dancing, I was so interested in how to make dance moves and sequences into a bounce routine that was a fun way of getting effective cardio. They were the ones to influence me on this fitness journey and I thank you guys for your fun & innovation on the rebounder! So for the first year I decided to take a couple classes & learn the basics. Once I got myself a trampoline the second year, I then practiced at home where I could create a playlist & routine of my own! With constant practice & of course healthy eating...I lost exactly 30lbs within a couple months! I was so amazed by the results I got, that I wanted to share and teach it so bad! That's when I decided I needed to get certified in order to share the ways of the rebounder. So I got certified at Bounce Society in Costa Mesa, California and had the opportunity to met Chelsea & Talia who thoroughly educated & taught me all the ways to teach this type of fitness. They were so amazing at what they knew, how to teach it & patient with me as I struggled with the confidence side they taught me to outgrow. It was such an amazing experience and I'm so glad they were able to help me in this journey to pursue something I love doing. I thank you guys for your time & energy from that hardcore certification program! I also had the opportunity to met this kind-hearted & master Pilates instructor Stephanie who owns a studio called Core in Old Town Clovis, California. She had given me a chance that nobody else would have probably given me due to the fact that I was freshly certified out of Bounce Society. I was overwhelmed in joy that she gave me this golden opportunity to show our community what I can bring to the table, as I am continuing to grow each and every day. I had been literally jumping up for joy and was so happy to teach clients the fun & effective cardio that a rebounder can do. I thank you again for your thoughtfulness in helping me grow through this journey and believing in me as well. I now currently teach at Core, still in the learning process but have had multiple great turn-out classes where we workout and still have a good time! I'm glad to be part of that team and meet new faces and instructors like Anica, she was the first instructor I met there and we just instantly cliqued on the rebounder, thanks girl you are so fun and I can't wait to do more routines with you! I want to thank my friends, family & husband for supporting me throughout it all. And most importantly I thank my mother who has also supported me every step of the way and never missing ONE SINGLE CLASS of mine, I love you! I can't wait to grow more clients, be the reason you smile & have fun and teach rebounding to you all. It has been an awesome ride to build the bonds with new people at every class and learn what works best!
